ABOUT: Derek is a 25 year old CSI for the Recolle Crime labs. He was born in England but can't remember anything before the age of 4 yrs due to hitting his head really hard in the car accident that killed his birth parents. He spent a little of two years in the Recolle orphanage before being adopted by the Matthews family (a family of 7 adopted kids). He is very slowly trying to find out who his birth parents are. In university, Derek double majored in Forensic Science and Chemistry. He currently lives next door the Jirou and Kenta with his cat (who hates most people) and Eagle owl (who is super chill). He enjoys Sci Fi and drinking with friends. He also takes Kendo classes from Kenta. He's the younger cousin of Foggy Nelson and the older brother of Albert Matthews (also adopted).
REGAINS: Need help regaining Spells: *Waddiwasi: the incantation of a charm that can be used to shoot a small, soft, mass of whatever the caster so desires at the target or victim. *Riddikulus: use on a boggart, so if anyone can help him remember his first DAFA class with Lupin, that be awesome! *Impervius: a charm that caused an artefact to become waterproof or allow someone better sight in bad weather conditions by preventing the rain from hitting their faces. The charm could also be used to repel mist *Dissendium: Reveals secret passageways *Ferula: a charm used to bandage and splint broken bones. Anyone want to break a bone aroudn Derek? *Mobilcorpus: The incantation Mobilicorpus is used to levitate and move people. The person who casts the spell can control the recipient almost like a puppet; it is as though invisible strings are supporting them. Anyone need to move a corps?

Event I want him to Remember: TROLL IN THE DUNGEON!, The death eaters attacking the Quidditch World Cup and his run int with Harry, Ron, and Hermione, Triwizard Tournament stuff, His detention in the Forbidden Forest during 1st year.

CURRENTLY: Currently he is adjusting to being the sole guardian of his younger brother Albert (Al) and he has NO IDEA what he is doing. He has also just moved next door to Kenta and Jirou, so lots of change right now.
Come September, Derek will be regaining the wound from the Sectumsempra curse. There will be blood. I'm still trying to figure out who will all be involved. So if you need your character horribly traumatized by seeing someone just crumble to the ground and see lots of blood coming out of a person, message me!
I also want him to figure out what the key he found back in November/December in his childhood teddy bear is to. (FYI: it's a safety deposit box key to a box his bith parents left in a bank in Recolle and there is some clues to who his birth parents are).
