AU WORKSHOP - MAY Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World Changes FAQ Game Calendar Plot Finds (ooc knowledge) • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? AU NAME: Keeping it as Chie Satonaka unless we do something family related in whichcase the last name will change!
AU AGE: 18
AU OCCUPATION: College student

BLURB:

- Born and raised in a sleepy rural town located in Japan.
- Gained a delinquent reputation due to having a strong "defend the weak, kick the crud out of bullies" mindset.
- Spent a great deal of time watching old martial arts movies and detective shows with her family.
- Daughter of a detective and a lawyer, giving her a basis for her "JUSTICE" mindset.
- Shouldered a great deal of criticism and punishment to stand up for what she believed in, going from a Stepford Smiler to a legitimately bubbly, outgoing girl.
- Learned a nondescript brand of kung fu from a martial arts class in her hometown, due to her father seeing her practice moves in front of the TV and asking if she would be interested.
- Relied less over time on physical violence to curb bullying and more on the small town police's interventions.
- Moved to Recolle to attend Recolle University, aiming for a degree in Criminal Justice so that she can walk in the footsteps of her father. (Which will become part of character growth as she develops from wanting to mimic her dad to being her own person)

I don't know if you still wanted to go with the family idea maybe but then she'd be Chie Mishina and also Canadian Japanese. IT'S OKAY IF NOT THO maybe they could be friends or something instead.

Well. We've talked a bit. I can't really offer Yukiko as previous CR because of that, but what I can do is guarantee it.

And hm. The only other thing I got is maybe she's come into contact with my other character, Kara (Zor-El) who's a Bio prof. at the university.

Given her backstory I don't think their pasts would have overlapped much, but they will DEF be meeting in game. Yosuke already has some memories of her so he'll recognize her.
