AU WORKSHOP - JANUARY Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World Changes FAQ Game Calendar Plot Finds (ooc knowledge) • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. BLURB:

- Father is Japanese and has half sibling(s). One of them is Olivia Rose! Sena is also her cousin.
- Currently a HS Senior! Captain of the Girls' Swim Team. She's very strict and really pushes her teammates and holds them to high expectations. She's kind of notorious for being a perfectionist and can get very disappointed when her team doesn't perform well at swim meets.
- Also an editor for the school newspaper (and proooobably ends up rejecting a lot of ideas). Aaaand she's in the handicrafts club. And the school's community service club. This girl does a lot.
- She also has a part-time job teaching kids how to swim at a community pool!
- How does she manage to keep her cool despite taking on so much? The world may never know. She doesn't have time to socialize outside of her activities, which is kind of a bummer.
- Dia does, however, lurk on social media...and communicates with her friends a lot via text!
- She pushes herself to work hard so she can eventually get a good job and help take care of her family.
- Secretly pretends like she's busy doing homework sometimes when she's at home but she's actually looking up idol videos and reading idol news. She loves idols a lot, okay.
- Waiting on her acceptance letter to Recolle University, where she will be pursuing a degree in medicine.

LOOKING FOR:
- Other family members (cousins, uncles, aunts, etc.)
- Fellow club members/co-workers! People Dia's familiar with. FRIENDS who can put up with her slight attitude.
- Childhood friends? I'm down for that! She'd probably keep in touch with them if they were really close.

- People to talk to her about taking on too much and stressing herself out so she can vehemently deny that she's stressed despite the bags under her eyes
- Maybe people who need tutoring? She wouldn't have much time to do it but we can give it a shot!

First of all later I want Ann + Rise CR bc lovers arcana but I feel like Dia would be someone Rise admires and is also vaguely terrified of so clearly they need CR. I structured her AU so that Rise does a lot of volunteer work and stuff herself so maybe they're both a part of the community service club or something akin to that? They're also both seniors so they have that connection as well!

A handicraft club sounds so cute?? That'd definitely be something Yachi is interested in being a member of, liking to make things with her hands and sewing and such, so I'd love for them to know each other from there! She's a sophomore so they wouldn't share classes, but she'd go to swim team competitions when they're hosted at the high school to cheer Dia on!

I can offer a teacher for any situation where Dia needs an adult that she's at least reasonably familiar with. Mr. Nelson teaches English and Drama at the highschool. If Dia has any room in her schedule for the school musical he's the one to call on.

I don't have the most direct CR to offer but Dia would be familiar with Matt's niece Mary. (Momo from BNHA. She was previously a PC but has been dropped.) Mary is a fellow senior among the girls on the swim team and among the best students in their class. Dia might know that Mary lives with her uncle Matt and a few other tidbits about him from passing conversation, like his career as an assistant district attorney or the fact he's blind. He has shown up at the high school to deliver a second lunch to Mary (she was eating like crazy at the time due to her powers) and he's an adviser to the school's mock trial team.

What are your thoughts on these two being related on Dia's father's side? Probably somewhat distantly related, but still cousins who would have been raised in proximity of each other.

Also Dia needs someone to tell her to stop being so extra, because seriously girl do you sleep.
