AU WORKSHOP - JANUARY Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here. IMPORTANT INFORMATION World Changes FAQ Game Calendar Plot Finds (ooc knowledge) • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. cousins would be great!!! maki grew up really isolated from most people around her age so having family close to her in terms of age would help ground her a bit!! i also skimmed your app and though maki probs wouldn't know too much about it she'd super relate to naoto's desire to want to reinvent herself and go somewhere where no one knew her.

this is going to be a really good trainwreck of a friendship, but i'm very excited for it just to see how Anna reacts to having a friend who's, like, genuine? and has her life together? it's weird but she guesses she'll allow it.

i... thiiiink i played against a Gwendolyn like years ago in a game that didn't last very long but i remember enjoying her, so PERHAPS I WILL watch an LP! do you have any recommendations? i remember liking My Name Is Kaz's general style of LPs but i don't know if the one on the LP archive is the best one out there.

Minako recently switched majors to be Management, so maybe some of Charlotte's business classes overlap with hers? She also works at a lot of events because she's an events coordinator for the city's volunteer organization, ReVA, so maybe Charlotte has been hired as a security guard for those a few times!

online friends would be really good!! because idk how open rise is about her stage fright and how she likes to express herself through dance but maki totally relates to that and would be super open about it online.

Super chill gym buddy and sometimes silent coffee partner sounds like a good time! As long as Kara understands that hey, a lot of the time Anna doesn't really want to get into her own personal garbage with somebody, Anna might enjoy just having somebody else to hang out with when she realizes she has to push herself to not be a weird hermit in the woods all the time.

ooohh yeah, it's definitely worth getting the leveling dlc and the money dlc if you're playing on the higher level modes. and honestly, don't feel bad if you need to just set yourself down to phoenix mode and enjoy the story rather than screaming about your dead units and pulling your hair out, that's what i'm doing for my review and it's been such a relief

Miyamura here is actually Hinata's cousin, so these two would be related as well, if you're okay with that! He's an only child and his parents own an art store, but he and his family are really close to the Aoi family, and he loves his cousins to death.

I feel bad for essentially dropping this on you?! But if you're okay with it, I think it would be really cute!

Okay, so this is...pretty dumb but a couple of workshops ago someone else put up Charlotte and didn't end up apping but we worked out this idea of Charlotte and Penelo (AU name Penelope) having some friction over an old boyfriend. The idea was that he cheated on Pen with Charlotte and they had a pretty icy relationship that might one day turn friendly. It's dumb but if you want a potential frenemy I'd love to have more of those for Pen.
