BLURB:

• high schooler (15-16 probably?)
  
• family is from Somewhere in Russia™ (i'll figure it out) but he's like second or third gen and has lived in Recollé his whole life (speaks the language though because pride!!)
  
• spoiled, upper middle class only child, lives with his grandpa and five cats, all of whom he adores but he is cool and independent, for real, seriously
  
• your standard-issue Hot Topic kid (although his tastes in fashion are a little more refined) who wants to be a badass punk hooligan and fight The System
  
• except the whole "rebelling against your oppressive parents" thing goes out the window because he's an undeniable Grandpa's Boy
  
• in actuality he is an overachiever who gets straight A's in school and is always home by like 4pm to eat dinner with his grandpa
  
• is in a constant state of crisis because he wants to get in trouble and look like a dangerous badass and get tattoos and stuff but he doesn't want to disappoint his grandpa (are you noticing a pattern here)
  
• talks like the delinquent he so wants to be and has anger issues but is actually a pretty okay person underneath all the trash-talk and unnecessary yelling
  
• also figure skating is Dumb and For Girls (this is important)
  
• i'm completely spitballing here, bear with me

Also okay but what about basically someone who is an adult and won't be disappointed in Yuri's wasted potential because Luke himself is wasted potential but he'll also just make fun of his bad boy schtick...Yuri's about the age of Luke's (currently NPC) younger sister and their family is from the upper class so it's entirely possible he's just seen Yuri around and finds him hysterical and maybe casually threatens to duct tape his mouth shut

Bucky and Yuri could probably be classmates (AU Bucky is 16), and they could hang out and be Hot Topic trash together

Bucky also wants to be an edgelord but is too concerned with disappointing his family to actually do anything HAHA, these two generally sound very similar and they probably would get along but not initially. I imagine they'd probably be snots to each other for a while.
