no but really, goro's gonna take him out on an extravagant and hopefully very romantic date with ice skating, dinner, and walking around the city/park/etc looking at all the lights. there will be a chocobo coach to haul them around in #style. and then he will chicken out at the actual point for couples on christmas, which will be hilarious, so akira will probably not have to deal with his boyfriend's attempts at seduction

this date sounds fake though, except for the chickening out part. that very much sounds real.
