He's getting another jug of ink, first off, because she will throw a fit if he's ever hurt and can't heal himself, it's basically akin to Sakura giving him a first-aid kit.

Secondly a red and gold scarf, she thinks those colors are nice on him, and subconsciously is remembering him telling her that his past life liked to wear a lot of red.

Shuji gets a cute little bag of home-baked cookies! They're chocolate chip, because that's the best flavor. As Yato is weirdly good at cooking and baking, they will be perfectly chewy and not too sweet.
