Nah man, he'll leave that to the NARCS!! (he does have a fairly strong sense of Right and Wrong, but as long as no one's being harmed, he doesn't care.) (he immediately starts caring again if he's going to get in trouble/his mom is going to find out, but those considerations are only applied after the fact.)
