They probably stock perfect faceless apples in those stores, if such a variety exists, and leave the unnervingly faced ones for the local areas where they're grown.

There's a little pang of jealousy at the mention of a sister who Foggy got to move together with, but Minato shrugs that off and manages something of a smile in its place. ]
