[ Minato spares a glance outside the windows as he disassembles the steamer to wash, but there's no face, body, or otherwise pressed against the glass like some creepy stalker waiting for Noni to leave the coffee shop. It's understandable, though, and Minato sometimes gets that sense even walking around in broad daylight, of people watching and following him even as he tries to hide behind headphones and a hooded jacket; it comes with being new to a place, he supposes, but he's slowly coming more familiar with Recollé as the weeks pass. ]

...If there's someone out there, buddy system is the best.

[ On second thought, he starts up the coffee machine again, and brews himself a cup too, then goes to empty the tip jar back into the register to cover the costs for both him and Noni. ]

We'll be armed too, so no one will mess with us.

[ A joke, but not really. Hot chocolate/coffee can be a very formidable weapon, evidenced by the protective cardboard sleeves that come with every cup. ]
