If anything she might be more concerned about Syaoran but he doesn't seem too ill if he might be coming down with something at least. Her own cheeks flush slightly at the lingering touch, but she's quick to shrug that off in them just getting distracted with the situation. It doesn't necessarily mean anything. Does it?
