soleil just needs to be within eyeshot of minako at some point while at school and, boom, she'd have introduced herself

there's no way it'd take much more than that for these two to be friends

Would she have joined any sports clubs? Minako is in volleyball with Yuffie, they'd love more members for the team!

If not they can be gym buddies or just see each other often at the coffee shop?? Though, I'm not sure if you want them to already be friends going in or have it work out organically in the next open log we can get into, but I'd be happy with either!

Soleil would join just about any team for any sport, especially if a nice girl asked her. She'll need the prodding from someone instead of doing it herself because she is in a slight funk due to having zero idea of what to do with her future and the stress getting her to not play sports as much as she did in high school.

I'm fine with doing it organically in the next opportunity! They're both outgoing and Soleil makes a beeline for any unfamiliar pretty girl she sees so it wouldn't be hard.

oh they should definitely talk about that, she's kind of waffling on what to do too. She's having serious second thoughts about all the crim/psych classes she's been taking up until now

sounds good to me! Her bff Ryoji just died in August so she might not be as cheerful as she usually is, but she's definitely going to put her best foot forward with all these incoming students

She is going to be so confused with all the apparent drama that went down while she was oblivious as an NPC, but will probably handle the shock by trying to help people out, so if she suspects for even a moment Minako is sad about something she is going to try to cheer her up no matter how well they know each other.
