Kenta is not exactly uppity or snobby, but he's absolutely loaded ad completely clueless about how to do certain things because he's always had people to do stuff for him. Living in Recollé has made him a bit more independent but not much.

jisoijaOIJSA john's seen jirou's apartment, he Knows. (though that's not to say he realize it's kenta that he'll be combining his place with...)

granted, he was nicer to jirou then because 1. jirou's sweet and 2. he was being paid by him, so. it'll be a bit of a different scenario with kenta, i can imagine.

Everyone is nicer to Jirou because it's Jirou.

Sicne Kenta is a Yakuza heir, he's ahd toruble connecting with people because 1. Well he's here to avoid being kidnapped and/or killed and 2. He grew up without his parents and surrounded by adults that were trying to ingratiate themselves to him and suck up to his dad, so that has made him a bit paranoid of people's motive when they approach him.

However, while clueless, he's really a nice guy. If you show him how to do something he doesn't know, he'll try it and practice until he gets it right.

wow that is actually really cute?! what the heck (i mean, not so much his background, but trying hard...) if john can get over his initial bias of kenta being rich and they somehow become friends, then he probably wouldn't mind teaching him a few things here and there

Yeah, he was recently taught how to cut bell peppers, because Fai was cooking for him and he nicely offered to help before realizing he had no freaking idea of how to do it. So Fai taught him and that is now a thing he can do.

a very long one. The one thing he can do without help in a kitchen is a cup of tea. He makes really good tea though. The rest, his housekeeper/chef does it all.

Oh and he also has bodyguards.

I suppose if Jirou knows John he might get hired to help out during the remodeling?

oooh that would be neat! him and jirou have only had one thread though, so it's acquaintanceship... but hey, if kenta and him end up getting along, keep him in mind for the job eh

(though he's no pro when it comes to remodelling, he could probably do basic stuff haha...)
