Arlene is over on Greek Row, not the dorms, but there's probably some way to butt heads over his rule-abiding and her... not that. She's been known to sneak into places like the campus theater when they're closed?

idk if he'd crack down on the theater since he technically has no authority over that but tbh his general attitude and her general attitude will probably have them clashing a fair amount so i'm sure we can say they've just bumped into each other a fair amount and have a sort of repertoire with each other maybe?
