I have no idea how this'll come up... but Elda's remembered some honest to god real life (in another universe) vampire legends. Like the shit vampires tell each other at story sharing around the campfire filled with lurid blood and violence.

Yes I want this immediately, Sakura would be fascinated by this vampire lore. Super surprised Elda knows stuff like that, but fascinated.

As for how to make it come about, what places does Elda frequent?

Well she's rich and has too much time on her hands so so goes to the farmers market all the time and goes around to her tailor and other places in Tisse. She does some volunteer work as well and this month she's probably going to be in the library a little bit more to try to look up this or that...

She also sketches. More as a hobby than anything, but they can meet in an art supply store.

Also Jaeger is her neighbor and she doesn't like him and her sort of son works at his shop. So. There's that too.

Oooh I think them meeting at the art supply store is unique and a good way to generate some CR. That's immediate brownie points in Sakura's book and well, if she's working with her "son", Sakura will try really hard to impress.
