This is the complete wrong journal for it but I heard philosophical and she should definitely hit Carmen up because:

THEY HAVE BEEN TWO SHIPS PASSING IN THE NIGHT but Carmen is friends with Rosalind and knows Ardyn so they have at least a little bit of mutual CR there? Surely we can find a way to have them cross paths somehow.
