CURRENTLY: Struggling with not being able to do much and the idea that his "actual" self is someone totally cool with slaughtering innocent villagers, ha ha. He's going to cling to his current, non-murdery self as much as possible.
WANTED CR: Anything??? Friends, enemies, mentors, kids to give bad advice to? Potential dates (why would you)??? Unfortunately, it can be hard to get him to initiate interaction with teenagers in person since the age gap makes it awkward. (see below.)

Kath is a bit of a friendly one-armed oni hermit with a resurfacing family, mental, and drinking problem that needs friends. And she's too empathetic to not care about people so she might extend her hand to him.

She's also gonna be trying to grasp onto her soon to be waning sense of humanity in the next few months, so yeah thats a thing.

Ren is also one who, if he saw someone struggling with their humanity due to Retrospec's nonsense, tell them they can be human if they want to, goddammit. :| Fight the power, etc. It's part of his coping mechanism with the whole his true self is some kind of commanding officer who's fine with murder, hooray

Yeah, Kath's the type who'll sort of latch onto someone when she's worried about them and considers them a friend; she doesn't have many friends, though.

Yeah no seriously Kath's prelims are gonna get so bad when the horns grow in. Part of me wants Kath to have known Ren at some point pre-fake suicide but thats probably stretching it.
