ABOUT: 30 yr old CSI with the RPD. Not actually a cop, more like a glorified lab tech. He's also a black belt in Kyokushin karate and at some point is going to earn his 3rd dan. He teaches beginners adult classes and assists with self-defense classes at Utsuki Dojo.

Tatsuo is trying to learn how to duel wield (he has two matching guns, why not?), maybe Fynn could give him some tips for shooting with a non-dominant hand sometime?

Tatsuo is one of the first law enforcement types Kath has had consistent good-experience with, so thats an up. She might actually go to him or Kurogane for self defense lessons, during which heh might notice how bad her mental state is getting. Ie. binge drinking, questioning her humanity, possible depression, and overworking herself.

Also I sort of ship them in the back of my head please don't think I'm even weirder than I usually am because of that!

LOL Tatsuo probably is the easiest law enforcement to approach in the game. Followed by Togusa. Not being an actual cop really helps. Tatsuo was actually thinking of offering private self-defense lessons, as a friend asked him... back in July before things went haywire. But less an advertised thing and more just if his CR asks him.

Either way, they should hang out! Katherine has made it onto his friends list. They can meet up for lunch or go for drinks after work.

Tatsuo's grew up in Recolle, so they wouldn't have gone to school together, but that's always a topic most people can agree on. how long as Juzo been with the department?
