WELL Faolan isn't technically all that bad off himself, though he lives very simply so you'd never really know. The money is very good, but really he's there because he likes the job, and he is good at it. Also he is good friends with Laurent's older brother Auguste (as much as a bodyguard can be without breaking the rules) so he feels something of a loyalty to him to keep Laurent safe as well. Though all these spoiled little rich boys running around creating trouble for themselves and making his OWN job (of keeping them safe) WILL grate on him a little. Tl;dr he is driven by loyalty, then the job, then the money. He would PREFER for the clients not to annoy him though lmao :|
