That sounds good to me.  Penelope had moved to Recolle and like hell would she go back to Phoenix after all that.  So you are aware, she very briefly (they dropped) had a brother in Recolle.  Frank Castle, was probably hanging around some before he got redeployed.  I AUed her to keep the 3 faceless brothers who've been away from home on deployment and she hasn't seen them in years.  Beyond that sometimes Gabranth comes around to check on them.  Gabs is...the closest thing she has to family in town at the moment.  an old family friend.
