YES HELLO I'm Rayne, nice to meet you!!! Minako's an older student, 21 and going to be a junior in college in the fall, but she has a lot of younger friends (and this is Minako anyways) so I definitely want them to be friends or at LEAST know of each other in passing. She's pretty active with school affairs so she might've been at orientation...or if Fuuka is in anyway interested in volunteer activities, Minako's one of the staff at the local association.
