I mean, that's kind of what she did herself, so I suspect she'd definitely have some empathy for his decision to strike out on his own — she's big on personal independence so if he'd sold it to her that way (that he's got the credentials but made the choice to strike out on his own for integrity/advancement reasons) and he's got the skills to back it up, there's definitely no reason why she wouldn't be interested.

Plus she'd probably see it as a way of supporting and advancing him in return, to be able to say he'd worked with a client of her company's magnitude, and she's big on helping people get a leg up in the world in that respect, too!

So basically yeah, I could definitely see that flying. o/
