Can I say that you're one of the big reasons I decided to get ffxv? Before that I was flying blind and thought "this Prompto kid is cute", but now that I've gotten canon familiar, I can tell that you really put thought into how you play him! His voice is spot-on, but you also show the sides of him that aren't necessarily so cheery without making it look like Prompto is moping - sometimes it can be hard to play out an emotion a character is good at hiding, but you actually make him well-rounded instead of a poofy sunshiney marshmallow.

YOU'RE JUST GREAT and I know some of the stuff we had planned fell through, but I'm totally up for some May stuff if you are. idk, maybe Jack can shoot some giant bugs in the face for him and ask Prompto to take cool pictures or something.

ngl I'm also looking forward to seeing Prompto's development once the regains start adding up, but more because I'm a terrible person. :')

holy shit where do i even start?

I love, love, love your Prompto, and I'm not just saying this bc I'm a castmate. Legitimately, you have a solid grasp of his character. There's the carefree, chocobo sunshine boy that we're all familiar with, (and that part is displayed wonderfully as well), but you do a marvelous job of revealing there's more to Prompto than just comedic relief. The insecurities are there, too, but they aren't overdone, if that makes sense? They'll crop up only when it's viable for them to appear -- BASICALLY I'M SAYING YOU WRITE A VERY WELL-BALANCED PROMPTO which I think is amazing.

I'm so happy I have this CR with him and Ardyn, IT HURTS MY HEART but it's one of my favorite things in the entire game. There are parallels between the two that I've ranted about before, but it's the chance to actually explore this in an AU setting without spiteful canon Ardyn getting in the way that excites me the most. I'm ready for pain and character development on both sides, but I also am relishing in the domestic happiness and Ardyn being a surrogate Dad for Prompto just as much.

OOCly, you are welcoming and fun to talk with! You make it easy to plot with you, and are so open and engaging all of the time. ♥

but you were so open to plotting and playing out stuff and you've been so supportive of me and jan playing these stupid characters and joining this game and i'm so grateful because i've been having a BLAST with you and with this game from the moment I posted to the workshop. this whole experience has been hella refreshing for me as a player -- i'd been in kind of a slump rp wise for a bit but i feel so REIGNITED and I might not have joined at all if it werent for how nice you were to me and jan. like not even just nice but excited you were as stoked as us even though you really didn't have to be and even tho you really didn't know our canon or how we might be as players in this game

Prompto is wonderful. He's such a good, normal kid in the middle of all of this craziness and he makes me smile any time I see him. When my housemates and I started playing XV finally I remember hearing Prompto's first lines and going "holy shit" because his voice matched what was already in my head from tagging with you. You have a fantastic handle on him, and he's so earnest that it just destroys me sometimes because you poor boy, why have you befriended such a wreck as Dante, this is truly the worst of plans.

I love chatting with you on plurk and reading about your exploits with your kids and HAUNTED HOTELS and man. You put so much into everything you do and it's really admirable!! I'm so glad that I crashed that thread with Gabranth on a whim because holy shit, who would have ever seen what's grown out of it? Thank u for letting Dante break Prompto's nose, because h o l y s h i t that was such an intense thread and I love it and their reconciliation and just. Aaaaaaaaaaaa. I could fawn over how good this CR is for an hour and then keep going, I love it.
