Luckily, you can't actually get sick from the rain. If you let yourself get too cold then you could possibly suffer an immune system drop, but if you're running then the cardio is likely going to offset that - it'd take something like trying to jog through sleet to more seriously risk you getting sick, and by then, you've got hypothermia to worry about.

What actually gets you sick in weather like this? The way your nose runs, a little, and the fact that most people stay inside and around each other instead of spreading out.
