They'd make an adorable couple, I'd be down with it! *^* If they'd known each other even through her high school peppy days she'd jokingly lament how she became Chrom but at least she's just dropping books and not... breaking objects... (yet). If they hadn't remained in contact since she withdrew herself and then became friends again with all the stories that are and aren't shared, it would definitely make for something interesting.

I'd be thrilled to have CR with both of them! I really love Yukiko a lot from the P4 crew. :>
