I actually think you've got a pretty solid storyline here for an AU Namine, and it sets up well a character for whom the Retrospec app should let them engage the cast while not necessarily having a large amount of AU CR. It feels well set up to have her start by engaging others.

I can't think of a good, explicit reason these two will have met yet, but Chloe will likely tag her once she's in the game.
