I'd say throw a dart at a board and pick one, so long as it isn't math because I suck at math and I can't bullshit that one as easily. He's half-French, half-Japanese in Recolle if you wanted a language option, especially given Kon's career.

She seems a lot like the type that he'd be pretty chill around regularly, tbh. Maybe not 100% decrease in Fighty Wolf Syndrome but he'd at least be a default mellow.

Recolle baseball scene works tbh I think that's about as appropriate as you can get. And if Yata was one of the better players when he was in his baseball prime, Koushuu would 100% recognize him if they didn't outright interact often.

Which would be great if they did. Him helping out with the baseball team is adorable... what the hell Yata...

Honestly if no one has made one yet, I am ready to give Recolle the karaoke place it deserves. Karaoke is an essential Yakuza pastime. I can't be expected to be Judgement Kazzy without Judgement!!!

gomen I got eaten by Persona 5 but I AM HERE FOR THIS. Koushuu is... surrounded by loud people, tbh, so another shouter would be fine. But they can be scrappy, argumentive "friends" who possibly sometimes play baseball together. And maybe someday he can help with the grades thing, if they wind up getting along outside of scrappy things.

it's 100% a real sub-story, I could list off a dozen and they would all be more ridiculous than that.... yakuza is incredible. Kiryu is the world's best father, ok. He will do anything for his kids. Including fight the CIA.

the yakuza takes people from all walks of life I'M JUST SAYIN'....

me, upon getting into recolle: so I have a few locations in mind /unrolls list of minigames AS MUCH AS I'M KIDDING... a karaoke place will be the first thing I add along with Kiryu's shady real estate office, these two things are the essence of Yakuza. crime and ridiculous minigames.
