Aa, thank you! I've gotten such a warm welcome, I'm so excited to bring Ros to the game.

But definitely re: Elizabeth being an opening! Rosalind is pretty interested in all kinds of science, so she'd be fascinated by a medical examiner, even from the perspective of "what is it you do, exactly?" but yeah, either that or i'll absolutely throw ros her way via the network-- i was saying elsewhere, Ros is going to be super interested in everyone who's in this Super Secret Social Network, so she'll be hitting up everyone.

AHH THIS IS SO CUTE... i only think that if kurama would be badly dressed, the crush might not work out so well, only because kanji would be very fashion-centric...

but what i CAN see is kanji seeing kurama and being like, THIS PERSON IS SO BEAUTIFUL, THEY COULD BE THE PERFECT MODEL IF THEY WEREN'T WEARING THIS HORRID PINK PANTSUIT?! i would be very down with the idea of wanting kurama to model for him somehow... even if that doesn't end up working out, they could definitely become cute friends after that!!

but yeah, Seto's character type is actually someone who Kurama canonically does really well with, he's got infinite patience for Seto's...everything, really, from the short temper to the standoffishness to the theatrics to the dragon obsession. So if you're hoping for someone who might stand a chance of being a long-term mildly good influence (or at least closer acquaintance), I suspect they'd probably do really well together because Kurama is kind of...smart as hell and gifted in a way that Seto probably couldn't/wouldn't ignore, and he's got the patience to sort of parry Seto's bad moods in a way that would probably deflect without outright pissing him off.

ALSO: LET HIM BETA TEST ALL OF YOUR VIDEO GAMES HE'S SO GOOD AT VIDEO GAMES

he will absolutely find the easter egg like seto what are you doing

but yes!! i'm down for something like childhood friends if you are, even, since. jade and sora would be the cutest thing in game? i am not sure anyone would be able to keep up but them, tbh.

yes I would love to do either of those things, she's a pro at making knit bunnies and she will make so many for him...

unfortunately this means I'm not being very helpful wrt helping you choose an AU laughs UM. RANCH KANJI. Because as far as I know we don't have a person with an AU like that? It'd be an interesting country to city boy plot line to follow if that's what you choose!

AU OCCUPATION: University/College Guidance Counselor, with a side job of crafts and jewelries that's more of a hobby she enjoys but does sell things.
BLURB:
• with ryuu's permission Mikleo's (fashioneebo) mother who is motherly to anyone especially close friends with him, very friendly and Literal Sunshine.
• Ended up losing her husband a few months before giving birth to Mikleo.
• Before that marriage she was a hard girl to date, she wasn't really the one for dating until her late husband changed that.
• That silly and weird counselor who has a knack for making puns to students and well pretty much everyone. they're as bad as being the embodiment of "Hi __, I'm Dad" jokes but as Mom really
• While working to get her degrees for counseling and guidance she did tutoring on the side.
• Though a soft warm person she definitely gives off the vibe "hurt me or anyone precious to me and I'll kick your ass" aura if someone offends her tbh
• The most welcoming of counselors, wanting nothing but to help and get anyone troubled on their desired path. If they don't know? That's fine too, she's extremely patient and will lend an ear to anything. She shows and gives the impression that you can tell her anything with the safety of knowing it won't leave between her and said person.
• Will more than likely mother you if you're around her son's age and or younger.
• Hot Mom™ (something I doodled for her modern look! :3c ) hit on meebo's mom and he'll probably kick your ass

He'd totally be the kind of guy to ask if Yukine needs that thing he stole (which, btw, if Yukine answered 'yes' to, he'd believe it....) so them running into each other over petty stuff would be real cute. Not actually stopping him but Concerned and still scolding him, that's his way...

Maybe they hang around the same kind of shops and stuff since Yukine's looking for Yato and Kiryu's will have talked to him a few times?

He would probably have known of her through Kurama if we're going with the gamer buddy CR route discussed above!

They would definitely be casual acquaintances and she would at the very least be treated with civil respect if or when he ever runs into her in the university! I imagine they would probably?? have a couple of late nights sharing study spaces?? They'd probably be in the same faculty building at the very least but we can hash out details as we go along.

Sorey here who is totally not a Sora knockoff, shhh is a student teacher/undergrad who also tutors people on the side. He's got a pretty vested interest in archaeology and history as it's his major & he's a junior so idk if they'd be in any classes together, but I'm just tossing that out there. If Sora's wanting to retake the SAT to get better scores, Sorey can definitely help!!! Also he'd bro it up. Entirely.

AU OCCUPATION: Undergraduate Student (Mechanical Engineering), part-time worker (Convenience store)
BLURB:

• Grew up in a normal suburban area, parents were immigrants from Japan.
  
• While his parents are Japanese, he's actually crap at his own mother tongue due to hanging around the local kids and his parents wanting him to be good at English. He can understand it, but he can't speak/read it fluently.
  
• Has a younger sister he adores to death, and is super protective of her.
  
• He keeps pictures of her in his phone and is generally SUPER embarrassing about his adoration of his sister if someone manages to poke at the subject without him killing them.
  
• Took a gap year before moving into Recolle, p much just did a cross-country trip on his own to just see the country for what it is.
  
• Has a wanderlust that generally just means he's going to be walking around everywhere when he's bored.
  
• He moved in alone, and took financial aid to afford going to school in RU.
  
• Was somewhat of a geek in his high-school days, being super interested in cool plastic models and a bunch of anime.
  
• Generally tries to hide that nowadays by trying to appear proper. But he's an Engineering student they're all weird geeks in general.
  
• Since he's an Engineering student, he's generally more tired than in canon too, since haha what the fuck is a proper sleep schedule.
  
• He's not good at befriending people, most of his friends back home were actually people his sister introduced him to. And since he's alone now...
  
• He will generally shoot off his mouth without thinking, often leading to a "foot in mouth" situation.
  
• He still has anger issues just like in canon, except it's more subdued due to the fact that there's less of a reason for him to snap at someone.
  
• Oh and he also lives from paycheck to paycheck, with most of his financial aid leftover going to his hobby of buying a shitton of plastic models.
  

LOOKING FOR:
- college roommates, someone to give him an intervention on his hobbies. or encourage him, whatever.
- AU little sister, if someone wants to.
- high school friends, generally someone willing to put up with his loud mouth.
- of course, college mates, whether it's fellow comrade of suffering in gen ed. classes or people that he stays up late with to finish class projects without dying a little inside for every day that passes.

Oh my god, can I first say I'm delighted to see a Rhys? God, one of my favorite Borderlands characters.

Second off! Rosalind is a physics/biology/chemistry/any science, okay, science is the theme here, professor over at the university. So! If you'd like to have him checking out one of her classes, maybe needing extra help or just hanging around to chat, I'd be super open to hashing something out!

AU NAME: Ran Hayashi
AU AGE: 18-19
AU OCCUPATION: Owner of a Japanese tea shop
BLURB:

• His name Ran Hayashi is very tentative...I can't even decide on a name, what is this. Other option is Makoto Hayashi. I'm gonna refer to him as Ranmaru for the time being!
  
• Ranmaru was born in Kyoto and has lived there for his whole life with his parents who own a small tea shop.
  
• His parents value traditional arts the most and so does Ranmaru. Apart from the Japanese tea ceremony, he's also practicing calligraphy and kendo. He has tried archery and art of flower arrangements.
  
• On the other hand, he's rather unfamiliar with modern culture i.e. games, anime, dramas, movies, etc.
  
• It was a difficult decision, but Ranmaru's parents decided to open a tea shop in Recollé and asked their son to look after it. Ranmaru had no objections, though.
  
• He's rather obedient to his parents, but this is to change once he starts living alone in a faraway city and discovering new things.
  
• The tea shop name is simply "Nihoncha" (Japanese Teas) and both its exterior and interior have that traditional look. Ranmaru is living on the first floor.
  
• After some time, he's going to realize that he'd like to enroll at the Recollé University, probably.
  
• Gets lost all the time. All. The. Time.

LOOKING FOR: Friends, customers, people who would help him discover new things, Japanese traditional arts enthusiasts for instance! But I'm open to all ideas!
