It'd be nice to get CR where Ryoga is constantly bickering with someone about something completely stupid and they constantly sabotage each other's lives and sometimes it backfires and ruins their own lives.

Which I actually find kind of refreshing, because when there IS plot in a game like this and a few characters get hold of it, there's almost always bellyaching about it on the anoncomms.
I'm actually finding that the "guys let's cobble together what we know about the mystery" angle less compelling than dumb Scooby Doo nonsense like Luke scaring himself in the library basement. It's kind of relaxing.

And gets into shenanigans, like really, I want to build him up to a point where he's comfortable around a lot of people so he can just kind of do his own weird little thing around them and no one really bats an eyelash at him and he doesn't really bat an eyelash in return when they do their own thing too. And I also want said friends to be comfortably adopted by his grandparents too because that would be extra cute and therefore A++

As far as regains go, I'm definitely looking forward to giving him vague enough imagery that he gets a distorted view of what happened in canon... so that when he finds out the truth it'll be EXTRA PAINFUL. In game though, I'm not really sure! I don't have any particular direction I want AU!yams to go in since he's kind of just chilling and waiting to go back to kendo... though I'd love more opportunities to have him be obnoxiously passive-aggressive to his friends that dropped out of the school without telling him... a punk
