He loves Shuji's writing and definitely owns his book. he views his work as inspirational, that Shuji keeps going with his passion (not even giving into writing genres he's not interested in either!). Basically, he's super fond of Shuji as a friend and as another artist.
But seriously, he'd like to be able to hang out with him one day and not have it go insane.

For a long time, Rean was that mysterious boys in his memories. The one who was around for almost all of Elliot's memories. Handsome, kind, selfless, brave, strong- basically, he could really understand why his past self had a crush on him. He was a wonderful guy who showed up in Elliot's life at a time where he wasn't so happy - not unlike Eren. Honestly, Elliot wonders if things had been different and he met Rean earlier in his life, if history would've repeated itself.
But as it stands in Recolle, Elliot considers Rean a good friend and he's so happy to have met him. He'd been nervous about meeting people from his other life, but it was just so easy to form a friendship with Rean! It's fun talking to him, he's just as kind as he remembers, and basically he adores the guy. He really wishes Rean could see all these great qualities in himself, but that's clearly a work in progress.
Also, please stop being oblivious and hook up with your senpai. please.

Elliot with Crow
Elliot adores Crow. Ever since the day Crow approached him in the cat cafe, he's taken such a liking to the guy. Crow is very different from him and isn't a musician himself, but he's one of those few people that can actually keep up with him when he's in music mode. They make a great team, no matter the lifetime - and that's big to Elliot!
Not only that, but Crow's been nothing but a very good friend. He hasn't forgotten all the times Crow has helped him over the past few months, and he's so grateful for it. Whether the sky is falling or not, Elliot feels like Crow is a person he can go to. I wouldn't say he idolizes Crow, he sees that he has faults, but he definitely looks up to Crow in a way.
As for the past life memories, it's funny in a way that the memories do matter to their relationship- it's what really helped their bond get deeper. But at the same time, Elliot doesn't put much weight into the memories to judge what kind of person Crow was. He's already kinda figured out that Crow was the traitor and.....it doesn't affect how he views Crow in this lifetime at all. That was the past, and Crow's clearly a good person now - that's what matters. He mostly worries about how Crow's going to take it whenever it comes up (which is very soon haha). He's seen this song and dance enough times to know that people rarely handles memories of being a terrible person super well.
But yes all in all, he adores Crow. He's totally the founding member of the Recolle Crow Defense Squad and would stan him anytime.

He does wonder how many secrets Souji is holding, considering he really doesn't know much about the guy. He thinks about prying, but he is also a pretty private person himself, so he hesitates a lot. He just hopes Souji's okay, and not just in a "please don't eat that thing off the floor" way.
