KELSEY. Where would I be without your encouragement, patience and understanding? I remember impulsively making this account in 2016 thinking that I would never, ever use it because this fandom is such a hot mess, especially on the RP front.

But then. BUT THEN. You not only impulsively made a Malik account, you also almost immediately approached me for a PSL, putting up with a lot of my awkward insecurities while I re-integrated myself into DWRP after my, what? 5-year? hiatus from the scene following my drops from Holly Heights and Ataraxion until I built up the confidence to app into a game again.

And not just any game, but an AU game at a time I wasn’t entirely sure of my portrayal of canon Bakura yet.

Whoa.

But I’m so glad that I took the plunge because I’m enjoying writing again more than I have in a long time (even though I still have my hiccups every now and then), and I definitely want to keep writing with you even after this game is over no matter where we end up going next. Thank you so much for reaching out to me back then, because nothing but good things have come out of it since ❤
