I remember the stories my grandmother told me, and I still believe in listening to the guidance of the ancestors. I just don't know if I believe that the man I am remembering is truly me. He feels like someone else altogether.
I believe he is real, and his world is real, and that Retrospec's process will restore him and the people close to him to where they are supposed to be.
I pray that it doesn't come at the cost of us. And I have to believe that each of us will retain our own existence, once they are developed enough to be whole.
