[Honestly, Rean doesn't need the thanks. Getting Crow to where he can be okay again, and once he's there if there's anything he can do to help make his friend okay... that's all that matters to him. That's all he wants in the world, right now.
Rean's tempted to try to take the keys from Crow, but thankfully, he's smart enough to get a decent hold on them even with his shaking fingers. Soon enough, they're in the elevator, and Rean finally eases up his grip on Crow at least a little.
He's not moving away from him and not letting go, not yet. Not until he has Crow at least seated and safe. Right now, this is as much for himself as it is for Crow, but he can at least let Crow relax a little.]
