Celeste was a normal little nerd of a girl whose parents despaired of her ever getting her nose out of her books.

They pushed her into a bunch of different activities. Drama. Voice and music lessons. Dance. Celeste excelled at every single one, practically without trying.

By age 11, she had done commercial acting and even some bit parts in a TV show. By luck and fortune, she was cast to play a role in an extremely famous film adaptation of some popular fantasy series that had wizards and dragons and all that, a role that catapulted her to national if not worldwide fame.

Celeste stuck with the movies for the next several years, and leveraged it into a side career in music (classical and, weirdly enough, 80's metal).

She stubbornly insisted on going to college and getting an education as her movie career wound down, even as she continued to use her wealth for things like endowments, scholarships, and political activism.

At present, Celeste is a renowned renaissance woman praised as a skilled actor, musician, political activist, and generally all around decent human being who makes the world better by being in it.

It's driving her crazy.

She moved back to Recollé recently in the hopes that she could regain some privacy for herself, so she can just sit back and do some learning and be herself. She knows she can never escape her fame, and doesn't WANT to -- because she sincerely does enjoy making others happy, entertaining them, and using the proceeds for good. But she wants a life of her own, too.
