• Born in a small, coastal Italian city to a poor mother and stepfather


• His mother and stepfather married after she separated from his father--a United States politician


• Vergil's mother pushed him to higher education as soon as possible, keeping him at home for schooling and away from social pressure


• As a boy, Vergil got into fights with neighborhood children who called his mother horrible things since she remarried. Often losing those fights, he had his pride crushed quite often and thoroughly--resulting in a complex about his masculinity and pride. No, he does NOT internalize this. No, it DOESN'T create a huge obsession in him about how he could get ahead of everyone and never be stepped on again--


• Might be a mother's boy.


• Gaining a scholarship to a prestigious school of science in the U.S., he gets a Masters in Data Science.


• Shortly after graduation, he permanently took residence in the United States as a citizen via a job he's taken for a data collection firm.


• He found out a few months ago that his mother's house was broken into--getting into an argument with his stepfather about moving to the U.S. with him. They want to stay in Italy and this grates on Vergil's mind, daily.


• His birth father's death leads to a troubling dispute until it's discovered that Vergil is his only blood-related child--resulting in his sudden acquisition of numerous assets and money.


• Leveraging his newfound money and assets, Vergil now owns a commanding stock in his Data Analysis company and has become CEO in a startlingly short amount of time.


• He'll work primarily out of coffee shops, libraries, and in public spaces since he can't stand being alone in his home.


• Keeps photos of his parents in his wallet along with a shocking number of gym cards.


• He refuses to work Saturdays for reasons unknown to his staff. In reality, he spends that time watching action movies at any theater playing the classics from decades ago. He's a serious fan of movies like Die Hard and Lethal Weapon and would rather die than tell anyone this. He'll pretend to only like occult horror movies and books on philosophy if asked. Anime.
