Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

pftttt athletic material girl who slaps her friends?

let's be real, the football guys probably spent time checking out the track girls as they practiced. and vice versa. but yeah, they could have hung out after practice or watched each other's practices. and then there are the jock parties. i swear, it was always the jocks throwing the parties when i was in high school.

although, now i'm remembering that track is a spring sport, while football is a fall sport. so... maybe in the fall she did tennis. and then spring track and field.

and hell yes on the escalating friendly shoving. one minute they're poking each other, the next they're kicking each other's feet out from under each other.

Ah yes... the way the pickles glimmered under the heat lamps... his heart melted along with the slice of pepper jack

Also his cat situation is Unorthodox (he used to have one cat named Kitty but due to an AU resetting glitch he now has two identical cats named Kitty)

shrugs vaguely, i figure the football team still practices in the off-season, so they could still have seen each other during practices! up until like....the last school year, i think he got kicked off the team last november?

but yeah god they are absolutely bruising each other's shins down there. (James probably has an unfair advantage, he likes to wear heavy duty goth boy boots)

/VAGUE HAND GESTURES/ athletes hanging out with athletes. what'd he get kicked off for? i can't remember... Rinka would have probably heard rumors (though what those rumors were for people off-app...)

Rinka and James and the other athletes, having a burger and the table just... jostling as they kick each other (just wait until she gets her 'skull-crushing psykick' back...)

AU NAME: Heather Mason (Born Cheryl de Silva)
AU AGE: 17
AU OCCUPATION: High school student
BLURB:
-Heather and her father, Harry, were relocated to Recolle when Heather was a baby after entering witness protection.
-Heather's mother was killed by what are believed to be cult members, not all of whom have been found.
-Heather is now walking the line of juvenile delinquency, disrespectful to teachers, mouthing off in class, but always more cautious around police.
-A walking sarcasm bomb, it never ends, I'm so sorry for her.
-Very twitchy around the occult or mentions of magic, because of what little she knows about her mother's death.
-Has a really great relationship with her father. Even when she is getting close to trouble, Harry's reaction is supportive.
-Best subject is English, ~~secret poetry journal shhh~~, but she is also pretty physical.
-Considering sports for her to be a part of (softball lol)

I WANT THIS CR mostly because heather is my fave.

He got kicked off the team for hospitalizing 2 teammates in practice and one player on the opposing team during a game. (Rumor may have it that it had to do with the fact that he'd lost his arm the month before too though.)

god yes that's exactly it. that's what would happen! but dear god do nOT SKULL-CRUSH KICK HIS LEGS he NEEDS those!!!! he's already down one limb, he can't afford to lose more!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh okay. that'll make for an interesting reunion. i imagine he got shunned as well for the whole teammate hospitalization?

lol as long as he doesn't do anything to deserve to be kicked that hard and he'll be safe~

ffffff i can't wait to throw these two at each other. i'm still torn over whether i'll app her nov or jan, but /slams hands on table/ i want Rinka and James to talk about her time spent doing undercover work for the CIA in an underground mutant battle dome. with bonus split personality to protect her from a powerful psychic.

I can offer a fellow college student (pursuing arts!) who can always be suckered into giving 50 cents towards the lotto tickets because he is a giant doormat. He's the kind of hopelessly good kid who tends to go along with whatever even if he's well aware he probably should have turned this down like, fifteen minutes ago, but it's okay because being good to others is v important.

....PROBABLY, YEAH i actually didn't think about that aspect of it all until just now jfeial;hga;

but LORD absolutely please talk to him about these things, that is possibly THE most "same hat" of anyone he's spoken to yet, i would love that

Rinka's not one to be told what to do, but would have still had to worry about the cohesiveness of hey own teams, so she'd have skated on the edge. They wouldn't have been able to hang out probably, but she'd have still said hello to him in the halls.

lol when I was thinking about the battle dome I remembered about the mental conditioning and went duuuuuuuude. B/c while it was meant to protect her, it had some unforeseen side effects.

Oh my goodness this poor boy should've kept that 50 cents and gotten himself a soda.

BUT CROW WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU FOR YOUR DONATION, TATSUMA. He'll...make sure you're fed at the very least. He can never trust the art students.

It's okay, he probably just would've gotten strawberry snacks with it anyway. And shared. (He probably still shares even if Crow catches him when he's snacking.)

FOOD IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED he's kind of - not a complete disaster in the kitchen but also, not the greatest. This protag did not put any points into that particular skill, that's for sure.

WHAT A SWEET BOY...Crow's going to adopt you before long, Tatsuma mark his words.

Late comment, do you think She would have met Al and "adopted" him?

He would have been there two years ago for a relatively short time until he got adopted. I could imagine him wanting to try to run for it as he didn't trust orphanages at the time(The last family he had was horrible to him), so she might have caught him trying to run?
