Oh hello friend who uses jokes as a way to cope! She isn't as much like that now, but in her past life, hoo boy.

Not sure if he needs any magic/supernatural regains, but Lucille can deliver there. Crappy family situations too? She got you.

But also she needs a few people to bring out that inner sass, and Leo seems the type. Plus he's really close in age, which would be nice. A lot of her contacts here are older.

magic might be a good thing for leo to learn about - he kind of hates magic lmao but one of his best friends and his girlfriend in canon both use it a lot so maybe hearing more about it from another perspective would make him a little more accepting. and man is he glad to not be the only one with an awful family l m a o

lucille is part of the fairweather clan, right? it's possible they might know (or like... heard of) each other through futaba!! or possibly through school if they're close in age - leo's just started his last year of high school so university will start for him next year!

laughs yeah please don't tell her you hate magic Leo she might actually get mad at you. Like 99% of the people where she's from either hate or are afraid of magic and mages, so she does not need more people adding their pitchforks and torches to that situation.

HAHA SORRY LUCILLE but at least he hates it for a different reason? it just doesn't make sense to a techie like him - no logic to it, you know? but don't point out that he is literally a human torch thanks to his godly heritage and that it's technically a kind of magic because he has no explanation for that either and it drives him crazy LOL

he and futaba used to date! they broke up back in february though, it was messy and awful and completely his fault. they're on better terms after the past few months though! also her brother elliot might be passing familiar with leo, and eren is one of his clients.

She's totally going to point that out, out of spite. Watch her. YEAH TORCH BOY YOU THINK MAGIC IS DUMB NOW OOOOOH HOW DOES IT FEEL TO HAVE MAGIC IN YOUR VEINS actually she understands that it's Really Inconvenient sometimes. Maybe they can bond. Maybe.

I'm not sure how close Lucille is to that side of the family, so it's hard to say. That is something I would have to check with the Futaba player first, but if she is she's going to lay on that snark even thicker. She'll help him out once he is suddenly with magic, but she is going to give him so much shit about it.

and it feels godly - because that's what it is you see, it's godly dna that's in his blood okay. lmao honestly though he could probably use some friendly banter about this? it's been a while since someone actually tried to reason with him about magic.
