ABOUT: I fucked up a perfectly good supervillain is what I did; look at him, he's got anxiety. That said, he's a 39-year-old asocial trainwreck of a person that works in Pharmaceutical Research and Development; he's got some problems in the empathy department and a lot of problems in the interpersonal department, but he's slowly been warming up to people due to the several trials-by-fire that the last few months have been and he's decidedly more receptive to talking to people than he was at the start, so at least there's that. Tends to be on the blunt side and come off as either callous or psychotically calm depending on circumstances; the effect is more socially awkward than anything.
CURRENTLY: Trying very hard to get married only to continually get cockblocked by Retrospec, dealing with a lot of personality shifts and generally being undead, trying not to be as much of a trainwreck as his past life while being exactly as much of a trainwreck as his past life. He's. Trying.
REGAINS: I'm doing okay on the regains front! But he can help facilitate regains centering around stuff like medical experimentation, body horror, death, judgement, brainwashing, inhuman monsters, viruses, the undead, free will or a lack thereof, things along those lines.
WANTED CR: Pretty much anything! I am here for both positive and negative CR; I've found that talkative sorts tend to work best with him, given that he tends to not be the most open person in the world so having someone who is good with conversation tends to help. Otherwise, I really like doing stupid adventuring and general CR-building stuff both, and shenanigans are my favorite thing, so basically I'm here for whatever you want to throw at me.

CHARACTER NAME: Alexander von Cumore
CANON: Tales of Vesperia

ABOUT: Cumore is an ADA with highkey empathy problems whose best friends are Derek Matthews and also his cat, so that likely says a lot about his social life (sorry Derek). He's rich and spoiled and if you are neither of those things then trust me there's a 95% chance he's only tolerating you; he has a lot of interpersonal problems that come with just kind of being an all-around jackass, though he's trying to tone it down a little bit and there have been several breakthroughs on trying to calm him down and make him less...that. All of that.
CURRENTLY: He is dealing with fun memories like "dying a lot" and "being an awful human being", and he's generally also hating everything Retrospec has decided to be in his direction because he is clearly the most important person in the room and it matters when he whines about it.
REGAINS: I'm also doing pretty okay on the regains front here, but he can trigger things like death, oppression by the upper class, and all sorts of weird fantasy JRPG bullshit.
WANTED CR: I covered pretty much everything above, tbh - I'm down for pretty much anything, positive or negative.

Mariko here is going to be one of the patient zero monsters, if it's okay with you - wanted to maybe to a little body horror experimenting/testing so Mariko can remember some medical abuse from her canon.

I mean, he's definitely going to want to know what's causing this, at the very least, so he would be down for getting potentially unethical with regards to experimenting on people and trying to figure out stuff on his own because he's just sort of like that - was there anything specific you had in mind/any particular sort of thing you would want?

So Mariko is a cyborg in her OU and when she goes in for what basically amounts to an examination, someone tries to kill her. They shut off most of her systems as she was figuring out that someone was trying to tie up loose ends from her investigation of a government cover up, and she puts it all together as she loses control of her body and her eyesight.

Hm. Would she be willing to respond to someone on the network offering potential assistance during the earlier stages of infection?

All right, awesome - Wesker's specialty is primarily based in virology, so he's going to want to get his hands on samples of...whatever the hell this is. So what I'm thinking is that he could offer standard assistance in finding a cure for the...whatever, however, this could turn into experimentation that's more than she originally signed on for, which I think would parallel enough to get a regain like that? If not, there could be the notion that he believes the infected should be terminated being worked in at some point or another as well.

Does this sound acceptable, or would you prefer something else, or...?
