iv. picking up from the dirty floor
[Lina's not participating in the traditional St. Patrick's Day activities, but she's wearing a green sundress and a smile as she walks from cart to cart sampling as much holiday food as she can handle. she's getting modest portions whenever she can, because this is more of a sampling situation so she knows how best to prepare her own corned beef and cabbage at home.]
[she's on her third or fourth sample when tragedy strikes. maybe someone bumps into her, or maybe she's not really watching where she's going and she bumps into someone else, but she ends up dropping her plate of food. face down.]
Oh no! [she sounds heartbroken. okay, maybe not quite that extreme, but she's pouting incredibly powerfully and is fully prepared to mourn the loss of the best sample yet.]
