AU WORKSHOP - MARCH Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! IMPORTANT INFORMATION World Changes FAQ Game Calendar Plot Finds (ooc knowledge) • Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM. • For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC! FORM PLAYER'S NAME: CHARACTER'S NAME: CANON: AU NAME: If there's a name change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU AGE: Again, if there's an age change at all! If there isn't, you're free to put n/a AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc. BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant. LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like. OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! I'M EXCITED FOR GRIMDARK IF YOU CHOOSE THAT PATH.... Apathy Syndrome is something lesser touched from my entire year and a half-ish of rp P3 so I love getting to allude to that. Minato never gets to fight against the end of the world since he's bad end, but I bet Rayne would appreciate that! (and me too, to rp it)

lmao if there's one thing Minato hates, it's people thinking "I have to be nice to Minato because he's Minako's sister."

GRIMDARK PATH IS GOOD but also contains body horror like the feeling of being eaten alive and seeing your body turn into eldritch circuit patterns.... fun times.

SJDLKFJSLDKJL ain is an asshole at the start of his route... then grimdark corruption will knock out a good deal of his arrogance tbh so maybe they'd get along better after?

I love the idea of Minato getting along with somebody much better after they've become corrupted, it's basically on par with what his current character arc is like rn haha

YEAH LIKE.... it has a sort of divine (ha ha) irony to it in that the grimdark route is basically 'your lot in life sucks, now suffer for it without reason despite everything you try to reverse it' and he eventually embraces the void to put an end to his visceral suffering

it has a very... p3 feel tbh and maybe, they can be better friends in the crawling darkness of lingering despair etc etc because suffering together is marginally better

omg that does sound like p3's bad end where you sort of throw everything that make you you, so you don't have to suffer anymore

maybe they can have a neutral relationship at first, then when ain starts to Die (tm) minato can maybe feel some sort of sympathy for him? then they can talk about it bc he really. needs someone who can sympathise with it, even a little

That sounds like a plan! Both sets of memories sound like far future plans that we can both work towards and then when it happens, Minato can be like "ahh, I get you." haha, I love rping this sort of stuff
