Final Fantasy XII/Ivalice Alliance
HAVE: We just have me, Penelo!
WANT: ANYONE would be amazing. Vaan, Basch, Ashe, Fran, Balthier, Larsa, Al-Cid, Gabranth, Vayne, Cid, Vossler or characters from Tactics A2 or Revenant Wings like Luso, Hurdy, and Kytes! Also, other characters from Ivalice like Montblanc, Ramza, or Marche that'd be just as awesome!
EXTRA: I've actually got an extensive collection of recordings I can make icons for most characters with, and I'd be happy to do just that if needed!

Also, I'd LOVE to make some AU plans for certain kinds of CR for Penelo, most especially her older brothers! She has 3 of them, and 2 of them remain unestablished. I'd happily coordinate with you if you wanted to make that happen.

Also, Pen has had several exes in her backstory (2 boys and 2 girls), several of whom happen to have been established. She has 1 ex girlfriend I haven't yet, so if your female character wants to have dated Pen in the past then lets try and work something out!
