Soleil doesn't get why Eren is so high strung? She doesn't get why anyone is high strung, though. Even when she is frustrated with things and down, she's like...so far from how Eren gets that she can't relate. She is concerned. The only way she knows how to respond to that is with hugs or a wedgie, depending on the situation.
She wants him to chill out and now that his sister is NPC-ed, she feels obligated to try to get him to chill when things get weird, but again she isn't very good at it.
So he probably needs to get laid and she is pretty close to slipping Elliot condoms when she pays him for food.
