Tatsuma remains to be someone that Noah has a soft spot for since he was one of the first people that he managed to befriend in Recolle. He really admires how chill and laid back Tatsuma is, since he's someone himself with ZERO chill. He wishes he could be a bit more like him. Not only that, but Tatsuma is so KIND and cares so much about other people. That speaks to Noah's own compassion that he tends to hide under several levels of hostile.
He does worry about Tatsuma sometimes, especially with the dead of his grandparents. He hopes that he's being look after, and probably tries checking up on him from time to time. He's glad that Tatsuma has been dating Souji and he hopes Souji takes good care of him. As for himself, he wouldn't mind getting close to Tatsuma, but he's not really sure how to do it because he is far from good at social skills. Oh well
