Haha but seriously Elliot feels like he won the LOTTERY by linking with Natalie. He heard plenty of horror stories when it came to link partnerships, meanwhile him and Natalie got along great??? It was SO NICE to get the chance to meet another classical musician, and to talk music with her. He also felt she was really nice and just an overall good teammate. He feels so lucky they managed to hit it off as well as they did, and he would love to get to know her better now that they are not being forced to be partners. He would sure consider her a friend at this point.
He's not even upset with her about the whole protein bar things-- he was more annoyed at Eren for not talking to him, and he knows Natalie was being a good teammate. If anything, it made him appreciate Natalie more that she was so willing to look after him!! He was so lucky!!
Yeah he's heard you and his cousin Natalia got some weird thing going on, but he's so not gonna get in the middle of that. Knowing his cousin, he wouldn't be surprised if she deserves it a little as much as he loves her. STAYING OUT OF THAT.
