Kill For You/Die For You Meme

Death and murder plots are serious business with long-term fallout and not to be chosen lightly. But sometimes we just really want the pain that comes with another character dying for yours, or seeing them murder someone in their defense... and that's what memes are for.
A1: Kill For You: Someone has hurt your character's loved one, and that can't be allowed. There's only one way to enact revenge or to make sure they aren't hurt again. Possibly with your character's loved one watching, but that's probably not too traumatizing.
A2: Killed For: Oh god no that was traumatizing. Someone killed someone else for your sake and now you're dealing with the consequences, whether you witnessed it directly or not.
B1: Die For You: Just because people have come back in Recolle before doesn't mean your character can allow someone they care about to be hurt. If that means sacrificing their life for them and dying in their loved one's arms, so be it.
B2: Died For: Someone you love is dying in order to protect you. You never wanted this. How could your life be more important than theirs?
How to meme:
-Post your character with their name, along with your preferences about which options you'd like ('will not murder', 'would prefer dying for someone over being died for', etc.)
-Other people respond to your character.
-Angst.
Shuji Tsushima
B1
Atsushi was walking along with Shuji down a snow covered path in the forest, a peaceful and tranquil scene, the two of them commenting on the wintery conditions and discussing what kind of snow sculptures they should build together. Atsushi had suggested a tiger, while Shuji had suggested a crab of all things, and it was decided that they would try and see who could build their sculpture faster.
It was going to be a fun way to pass the afternoon.
But now there’s blood in the snow, pure white dyed red as Atsushi falls to his knees, clutching his chest. An arrow is lodged in a most vital area, a deadly thing meant for Shuji fired from an assassin that missed his target and is now fleeing further into the forest.]
Shuji-kun...are you...alright?
no subject
So why is Atsushi bleeding? Why is there an arrow in his chest? Why isn't Atsushi smiling and laughing like he should be?]
Why... why would you...
[Shuji's eyes are wide, and he hardly recognizes the tears starting to fall from them. He sinks to his knees, not from an injury but from despair.]

May Sfondi

They're in some Illinois James-esque dungeon, full of assorted traps and dangers. They've already escaped the obligatory giant rolling rock, successfully navigated the spike maze...
They're walking through a narrow hallway, narrow enough that they have to go single file, when Shuji sees a glint of silver out of one of the walls on May's side.]
May-
[He doesn't, can't hesitate. He shoves her forward, and gets skewered by a bright and gleaming spear in her place.
Despite it going straight through him, he isn't dead yet. His skin is rapidly becoming covered with letters in black ink, but he's still alive.
He doesn't dare try to move.]
Are you okay...?

They had so much confidence in themselves, and despite how tense the trek had been thus far, they'd survived everything thus far. They'd watched each other's backs as best they could, and one's skills compensated for the other's, again and again, to the point where May was starting to feel more invincible than usual.
It was the worst, cruelest sort of irony how quickly all of that could change. She hadn't even had time to react before she was violently pushed ahead, falling to her hands and knees. Nothing had really registered until she heard that.
A sickening sound. It made her heart instantly leap into her throat. She couldn't breath. She was afraid to turn around, almost, but had so little choice. He was calling to her, and...-
No... no no no no no! -She just kept repeating it, as if it meant anything. She instantly moved to the spear, severing it from the wall with a single hard chop to the shaft, but she knew better than to pull it loose from Shuji. She kept her arms ready for him.-

A1. this is fine. this is fine, yeah. ...also AU-ing that she has memories she hasn't gotten yet
A knife, though... Well. It was hidden easily. Besides that, it was a familiar weapon. It couldn't carve or dismember like one of the knives her Servant once carried but it would work.
The fact that she was armed was a well-kept secret. There was no need to talk about it when she was just visiting Kei, this time just in his restaurant. There had been a few other customers but they had left just before the drunk came in.
It probably could have been resolved peacefully. It probably should have been resolved peacefully. Kei might have been able to solve it himself, even. Perhaps it just was the feeling of resentment of being pulled aside so the man could have better access at the owner. The fool didn't even bring a gun to a robbery. It was laughable!
If Assassin were here she would have killed him before he opened his mouth.
Maybe it was that thought that made her take out the switchblade and, from behind, stabbed him in the throat. She stepped aside as he fell backwards. Poor fool, he should have just went home.]
Kei. [The coolness in her voice seemed to steady her own hands. The old apathy was coming back to her now.] Are you alright?

All he did was open his hands to show he had nothing to give the man. But the situation itself was over in a flash. A flash of red and spray of blood upon his countertop and onto the floor. Some gurgling from the man's lips as crimson foams around his mouth. That, too, was a surprise as he flinched less about the body striking the floor but the bottle. ]
I'm fine. No? [ He hadn't noticed that his hand was cut open. It is while he was holding his hands up in surrender that the man had flailed wildly at him. Kei couldn't say that panick too him for his life but his mind had gone blank. Grabbing a clean rag from underneath the counter, he holds it against his hand lightly as he walks around to survey the damage. ]
I feel a prayer should be said to the departed.

Enhanced hearing just makes the chaos of a fight more irritating, and cosmetic changes don't help at all. And Howard is only a writer, a teacher, and Shuji's friend - he's not someone who can defend himself without assistance.
And Shuji - Shuji is someone who sees someone attacking his friend and moves without thinking.
His scythe is in his hand within a second. By the time the attacker turns away from Howard and towards Shuji, it's too late to avoid a deep slice into his abdomen.
'He's bleeding a lot,' Shuji thinks idly as the man collapses, and then turns to Howard.]
Are you okay?
Sora Pu'uwai | KH
remember that red heart I left for Sora on the hearts meme? yeah
Not again.
With a savage yell, she rockets towards the back of her cousin's attacker, not stopping until her spear has pierced through muscle and internal organs, snarling with all the viciousness of a lioness protecting her cub and continuing to shove until the spearhead emerges dripping on the other side.]
Get. Away. From Sora.
[She twists, the spearhead catching on severed flesh, and yanks back so the attacker is stumbling back towards her. Another twist and swing of the weapon sends him flying into a heap on the floor. Minako is the only one standing now, heaving with exertion.]
Minako omg
It takes a few moments for the darkness at the edges of his mind to begin ebb away, and he thinks, 'I have to help Minako'. Sora forces his eyes to open, blinking a few times to clear them, and finds that perhaps his cousin didn't need his help after all.
She's still standing in the same spot, hands and spear covered in blood, and he wonders whose blood it is, exactly. He can't see the attacker from his spot on the floor, and he doesn't dare try to lift his head to try to find him.]
Mina...?
[His voice is small and croaky, like a child who'd woken up from a bad dream. It all came on so quickly, he's not even sure what just happened. But there's blood slowly soaking his shirt and dripping down his cousins hands and he needs to do... something.]
hello this is super late but I wanted to continue it anyways :'D

B1 and also how dare you with that other thread, I'm getting revenge
If he'd had his scythe, he could have better defended Atsushi from that monster. If he'd had his ink healing, then he could have jumped in front of Atsushi and still turned out fine.
But he doesn't, and he isn't, and that leaves him bleeding out on the ground.
Someone else has caught the monster's attention. That's good, Shuji thinks. That gives Atsushi time to...]

What a shame that the monster is human and was pinned to the wall much like a fly.
Kei steps forward, calm, almost indifferent. His eyes settle on the beast before he turns to look toward Atsushi with the same calm expression. He can't say exactly what was going on, but he recognized that the young man was being attacked by some person. The situation called for some action, didn't it? He supposes that he went overboard, but it doesn't matter. ]
I suppose that wasn't very fatherly. [ But he regained some skills and was curious. He's never been curious about himself before. ]
