Hi, Recolle! This post can be for everyone in game (within the city and outside of)!
As a bonus and as indicated in this post, Chiyo has a self-appointed mission to deliver Valentine giftsfrom everyone to everyone she can. I've talked to the mods, and they've said that Joanne would notice and take pity on her and arrange for any Valentine gifts characters gave Chiyo to deliver to reach groups away on missions. FOR THE SPECIAL COUSIN, Leon will be giving him some more of those planet chocolates from the cafe they stopped by during November. Along with some other varieties he found at different places.
