Hi, Recolle! This post can be for everyone in game (within the city and outside of)!

As a bonus and as indicated in this post, Chiyo has a self-appointed mission to deliver Valentine giftsfrom everyone to everyone she can. I've talked to the mods, and they've said that Joanne would notice and take pity on her and arrange for any Valentine gifts characters gave Chiyo to deliver to reach groups away on missions. Let everyone get something this Valentine's day. ♥

John's currently in group three and will have to make up for stuff when he gets back, which means people will get cards and candy when he's home.

Rise will be giving homemade chocolates to people she's very close to! People she's semi-close to will at least get a card.

rise: a card and a pink plastic bag with some handmade chocolates & a few heart-shaped sugar cookies, also hand made! that's what Everyone gets, but rise also gets some sparkly pink heart hairclips, a bouquet of pink daisies, and a stuffed pink bear. because he loves her and stuff.

presumably they also split the cost of flowers or something dumb for their parents

I hate the sibs lucy. They definitely split for a nice bouquet of flowers and Rise would have insisted they try to send Chiaki like a card and candy even if the mail system's broken.

Hinata would definitely get a card, candy, sparkly nail polish, and probably a cute bracelet? She knows her brother's brand okay, they like to spoil each other
