I wouldn't call it an accomplishment. Something like this was set in stone when I was born, so I feel that those who don't know initially what they were going to do in life and subsequently finding their calling... is much more beautiful.

Maybe it would be a poor investment as a business owner, but I like to see new things for pure leisure, you know? Besides, good ramen is a reminder of home, and honestly? I think that smaller places should be appreciated, too.
