So you know as well. I'm finding the amount of people who can see the dome far and few between. Even the Mayor seems oblivious.
[ He looks ahead at the dome over the cityscape. ]
It troubles me. Before I noticed it, I wondered why the incoming mail was so long tardy. The reason is astoundingly obvious now.
