AU WORKSHOP - JANUARY
Welcome to Recollé's AU Workshop! On this post players new and old are encouraged to help one another make connections for their AU lives and to ask for or offer ideas if they so choose. Please respond to the post with the below form, and/or feel free to comment to anyone else to work things out! Please be aware that posting to this workshop does not guarantee you a reserve, and that multiple players are permitted to workshop the same character. Please find our mod questions comment here.

• Please note: you need a reserve to apply, so please plan accordingly! Reservation dates can also be found on the game calendar and coincide with the TDM.
• For current players who are interested in 2nd or 3rd characters, please review and follow our policy about AC! To reserve a 2nd character you must have a pass for the previous month's AC with your first character. For a 3rd character, you must have a pass for the previous two months' AC for both of your characters. In addition, we do ask that the AC for the current month be met and filled into your AC comment by the time of your reserve. It must be full AC. This means you must have 20 comments between at least 2 and at most 4 threads and one memory regain listed for the current month's AC period. Your reserve will not be accepted until you supply the requested AC!

AU OCCUPATION: Feel free to list if your character is a student (elementary/middle/high school/college), if they own their own business, if they freelance, if they have a stable job, etc.
BLURB: Here you should write what you have for your AU; you can list your character's hobbies, who their friends and family are, if they have any particular quirks or interesting pieces of their history, if they're from a wealthy family or if they're struggling to get by, anything you feel is relevant.
LOOKING FOR: Are you looking for family members or friends or enemies for your character to be pre-planned? Or are you asking for ideas or feedback on your AU idea? Anything goes, just specify what you would like.
OPTIONAL ENABLE ME: Are you torn between which character to app? Let us help! Post your ideas in a comment and let fellow players offer feedback and CR ideas. You can also use this section to ask for canonmates you would like to see in-game whether it be in your specific AU or for different CR.

AU OCCUPATION: Recent college grad, part-time yoga instructor at the local community center
BLURB:

» Born and raised in Recollé
» Father is a disabled veteran, so Alicia has held a job from a very young age to help make ends meet
» Average student at best in high school; enrolled in the local community college after graduating due to grades and lessening the financial burden on her family
» Received a degree in kinesiology which she uses to teach pick-up classes at the local community center
» Comes off as extremely easy-going and will tell things like they are
» Very proud dog mom, can often be seen out running with her sons. She's also the type to take a ridiculous amount of pictures and send them to people unsolicited.
» Sends things like this and this to her friends on a regular basis
» Just wants to cheer you on!

Former classmates!!? Sakichi is the same age as Alicia so maybe they would've shared some classes!

I'm approaching you YET I'm sorry to say that Sakichi wasn't (and isn't) especially social so he wouldn't have tried real hard to be friends with her, but if she would've chatted with him then he would've chatted back!

He left for the military after high school, but he's come back recently and started working as a mailman. Whether or not they knew each other well in high school, it might be fun to have them connect again in the present!

Younger cousin, maybe?? Not sure from which side of the family as Jack has a single dad BUT y'know. Details. He would love those cheesy pictures tbh.

Cousins on Olivia's dad's side maybe? She's older, and lived outside of Recolle, but she could have still kept in touch with that part of her fam.

aaaa, i am sort of looking for siblings who've got their life in better order than phos/peyton does. i'm flexible with changing a few things about their background so that the pieces can fit, but essentially phos is ~~an idiot~~ ~~useless~~ an unreliable person who doesn't know what they want & only got into uni by the grace of god.

although they're sweet, they don't know how to hold down a job (read: they're A FLAKE), and have trouble applying themselves...

having a sister like alicia would probably make phos say things along the lines, "i might've not done my best today, but there is always TOMORROW 🔥🔥🔥"
